The BS-500 bitumen emulsion sprayer is designed for priming road surfaces before asphalt paving, spraying adjacent areas, and sealing joints and cracks with bitumen emulsion. The emulsion is supplied from a 500-liter tank mounted on a solid support platform.
An integrated heating system allows the equipment to operate effectively even in cold weather conditions. The sprayer is easy to operate and equipped with a built-in cleaning system. It can be supplied either as a frame-mounted unit or installed on a trailer, depending on the customer’s requirements.

The BS-500 Pro remote-controlled asphalt emulsion sprayer is designed for preparing the base before asphalt laying, treating adjacent surfaces, and filling joints and cracks with asphalt emulsion. The material is supplied from a 500-liter tank mounted directly on the installation platform.
The integrated heating system enables efficient operation even in low temperatures. The machine is easy to use and equipped with an automatic washing system. It can be manufactured on a chassis or mounted on a trailer according to the customer’s requirements.
