The UFM3500-3R inline ultrasonic round cake cutting machine is designed for round cake slicing, like cheesecake, layer cake, pie, fruit pie, dessert pie, pizza and so on. The high production cake cutting machine features 3 slicing stations with manual or automatic product loading. It is capable of cutting in or out of the box, pan or tray (single blade). Touch screen operation allows one operator to attain cutting speed up to 1000 cakes per hour depending on the portions.
The machine has quick-change product holders and can cut various diameters of cake. Each cutting station has servo-driven ultrasonic blade heads and the conveyor is run by a servo drive for accurate and fast positioning. And automatic off-load accessories can be added as options. This machine is the best high production facility which is slicing more than 1000 cakes per hour.
