Segatrice MEP SHARK 281 SXI evo
è una segatrice a nastro, semiautomatica elettroidraulica, per il taglio da 0° a 60°. Macchina con microprocessore a un asse controllato, gestita da controllore MEP di ultima generazione progettato esclusivamente per le proprie segatrici semiautomatiche.
FUNZIONAMENTO:
All’avvio del ciclo tramite pulsante segue:
chiusura morsa e avviamento motore
discesa testa per il taglio
arresto motore
ritorno testa
apertura morsa.
CICLO DOWN-UP: operando nel ciclo SEMIAUTOMATICO, il pulsante DOWN consente di fare fermare la testa e la rotazione del nastro a fine taglio mantenendo la morsa chiusa, completando il ritorno in alto della testa e l’apertura della morsa tramite il pulsante UP.
ALCUNE CARATTERISTICHE:
Consolle con tutti i comandi centralizzati, montata su un braccio snodato.
Tastiera a membrana a bassa tensione, in poliestere, con pulsanti termoformati, con sensazione tattile e segnale acustico all’azionamento.
Display per visualizzare: + diagnostica + allarmi (descrizione delle cause) + stato degli ingressi e delle uscite + conteggio dei tagli + tempo impiegato per il taglio eseguito + assorbimento motore lama + tesatura lama + velocità lama + visualizzazione numerica della posizione della testa.

Doppia velocità di rotazione del nastro (36/72 m/min) con la possibilità di ordinare la segatrice completa di inverter elettronico per la regolazione continua della velocità del nastro (da 15 a 100 m/min).
Programmazione dei limiti della corsa della testa da consolle, in base alle dimensioni delle barre da tagliare.
Tesatura della lama ad azionamento manuale, tramite trasduttore elettronico, con visualizzazione sul display.

Pompa elettrica per la lubrorefrigerazione del nastro.
