Mini bager K12 je kompaktni in izjemno vsestranski stroj, zasnovan za natančna gradbena dela v omejenih prostorih, kjer je potrebna zanesljivost, okretnost in mehanska preprostost. Zaradi majhnih dimenzij je idealen za delo znotraj stavb, pri nizkih gradnjah, napeljavah vodovoda, kanalizacije in elektrike ter pri zaključnih zemeljskih delih. Poganja ga preverjen Kubota motor s tremi cilindri, ki zagotavlja dolgo življenjsko dobo, nizko porabo in zanesljivo delovanje brez elektronike.
K12 se odlično obnese tudi v kmetijstvu, kjer se uporablja za sajenje dreves, planiranje terena, kidanje gnoja, čiščenje jarkov, ravnanje zemlje in manipulacijo z lesom ali vejami. Zaradi dveh dodatnih hidravličnih linij omogoča uporabo kladiva in mulčarja, kar močno razširi uporabnost stroja. Swing sistem z zamikom roke 60° levo in desno omogoča delo ob stenah in ovirah brez premikanja stroja.
Serijsko je opremljen s hidravličnim elektro joystickom, mehansko hitro menjavo, razširitvenimi gosenicami ter več zajemalkami, vključno z nagibno planirko. Snemljiva kabina in dežni plašč omogočata delo v različnih vremenskih pogojih, LED delovna luč pa izboljša vidljivost. Zaradi nizke teže je prevoz mogoč z manjšo prikolico, kar je velika prednost za terenske uporabnike.
