Automatic Egg Cracking Machine
Capacity: (200-300 eggs/min, adjustable speed). The peeling process is simple and straightforward. After manual loading by suction cup, the eggs are transported through rollers that allow them to be aligned for perfect separation of the shells. The machine has several sheller batteries, consisting of spoons to collect the yolk/white and a blade to cut the shell. Once the cut has been made, the yolk is separated from the white, which will be transported to special containers. The shell is removed from the machine by a screw conveyor.
