1.Fu Pro Air FR-55 is a medium compact two-stage dry oil-free screw compressor, with two optional configurations: fixed-speed FR-55A and permanent magnet variable frequency FR-55APF. Its rated airflow reaches 10.8 m³/min, supporting adjustable working pressure 7–13 bar. The whole compression process adopts dry rotor design without lubricating oil, stably outputting Class 0 zero-oil compressed air that fully complies with ISO 8573-1 standard, completely cutting off oil mist, oil vapor and liquid oil contamination risks. All air contact parts are equipped with stainless steel rotors and high-temperature anti-corrosion coating, perfectly matching medium-sized food filling lines, pharmaceutical sterile workshops, optical precision testing equipment and microelectronic assembly workshops. No oil residue will taint food raw materials, scratch precision lenses or damage delicate circuit components.
2.Optimized two-stage rotor profile matched with interstage cooling reasonably distributes compression ratio, reduces internal air leakage and greatly improves volumetric efficiency. The PM VSD FR-55APF model intelligently adjusts air output according to real-time air consumption on production lines, effectively avoiding idle power waste and achieving up to 30% energy saving effect.
