New CZ Screen MGS BIG vibrating screen

If you decide to buy equipment at a low price, make sure that you communicate with the real seller. Find out as much information about the owner of the equipment as possible. One way of cheating is to represent yourself as a real company. In case of suspicion, inform us about this for additional control, through the feedback form.
Before you decide to make a purchase, carefully review several sales offers to understand the average cost of your chosen equipment. If the price of the offer you like is much lower than similar offers, think about it. A significant price difference may indicate hidden defects or an attempt by the seller to commit fraudulent acts.
Do not buy products which price is too different from the average price for similar equipment.
Do not give consent to dubious pledges and prepaid goods. In case of doubt, do not be afraid to clarify details, ask for additional photographs and documents for equipment, check the authenticity of documents, ask questions.
The most common type of fraud. Unfair sellers may request a certain amount of advance payment to “book” your right to purchase equipment. Thus, fraudsters can collect a large amount and disappear, no longer get in touch.
- Transfer of prepayment to the card
- Do not make an advance payment without paperwork confirming the process of transferring money, if during the communication the seller is in doubt.
- Transfer to the “Trustee” account
- Such a request should be alarming, most likely you are communicating with a fraudster.
- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

Application:
The Grizzly Screener MGS BIG is a robust and efficient solution used for the primary separation of materials containing large and bulky pieces. Conventional screeners can easily get clogged or damaged by oversized fractions. This is where the Grizzly Screener MGS BIG is irreplaceable. Its main advantage is its unique design, which allows for the smooth processing of large-sized raw materials.
Design:
The foundation of the Grizzly Screener MGS BIG is a system of adjustable gaps between individual segments. This flexible design allows for stepless adjustment of the separation gap width over a wide range, from 85 to approximately 200 mm. Thanks to this precise adjustability, the MGS BIG can be optimally adapted to the specific requirements of the material and the desired level of initial sorting. The operator thus has full control over the size of the passed-through fraction, which increases the efficiency of subsequent sorting processes.
Transport:
To facilitate handling and transport, the Grizzly Screener MGS BIG is equipped with an integrated mount for forklift forks. This practical solution, which it shares with all vibrating and drum screeners from our production, ensures easy and safe handling on a construction site or at a recycling facility. Moving the screener with a forklift or other lifting equipment is therefore quick and straightforward. The MGS BIG can be transported on a trailer behind a passenger car. It weighs just under 1000 kg and has dimensions of 307 x 166 cm with a height of 233 cm.
Suitable for:
The Grizzly Screener MGS BIG can be used with many types of construction machinery. It works well with loaders and excavators with a bucket width of up to 2.7 m and a volume of 2 m³. This compatibility makes the MGS BIG versatile and cost-effective for the coarse sorting of large material volumes with oversized pieces. Its robust construction and simple operation guarantee a long service life and low maintenance, even under demanding conditions. The MGS BIG is thus the ideal first step in processing construction debris, demolition material, rock, and other materials with large fractions.
